SourKraut’s Model Trucks is an extension of a 40 plus year fascination with model trucks and a life long obsession with trucks and equipment.

As a model truck builder myself, the steady decrease in production and lack of new subject matter from the major kit manufacturers prompted me to seek out other avenues. In response to the needs of modelers, a wide spread group of small aftermarket manufacturers have jumped in to fill this void. I have to give a big thank you to Round 2 for putting such a huge effort into bringing us long out of production kits. We will be stocking newly released truck kits from Round 2 and can order any kits currently available on request.

At SourKraut’s Model Trucks our goal is to seek out these sometimes hard, if not impossible to find vendors and offer them through one convenient source.
